It is never too late to think and move like an athlete! Get ready to build muscle, restore balance, improve your walk or jog all while giving your brain a great workout.
This one hour circuit training class will have you moving through a series of stations including resistance training, agility training, and functional mobility conditioning all customized to meet your fitness level and goals.
